6 Week Booty Building Plan
THIS IS A 6 WEEK EXERCISE PLAN THAT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.
This program specifically targets the growth of the glutes and can be completed at home without any additional exercise equipment. Please understand that BUILDING muscle is not the same thing as WEIGHT LOSS. It is very possible that your scale will fluctuate and most likely go up. I suggest using pictures and measuring tape to track your progress.
